Health and Wellness Coaching
I love coaching people on their journeys to inner peace.
For me, health and wellness coaching is about having an open mind, releasing attachment to specific outcomes, focusing on how you want to feel in your life and health (mind, body and spirit), and then empowering you to create this for yourself.
Mindfulness work, and health and wellness coaching comes so naturally to me; it’s how I’ve supported myself, and so many wonderful clients over the years. And now, I’d love to support you.
During our coaching sessions, we’ll look at your daily habits, thought patterns, sleeping patterns, food intake, spirituality, career, home life and relationships. My approach is to listen, identify where you might be feeling stuck or out of alignment, and empower you to make changes to heal yourself on every level.
With Degrees in Psychology, Behaviour Management and a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy (plus over a dozen diplomas and certified courses, such as Mindfulness Therapy, Health and Wellness Coaching, Grief and Loss Counselling, Palliative Care, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Yoga Teaching, and more), I offer a truly holistic approach to my coaching.

- Sessions are $160/hr, or you can purchase a pack of 3 sessions for $429 (10% off), which is valid for 3 months. At our first session, we’ll discuss how frequently we can meet, to best support your healing journey.

Private Yoga Sessions
The benefits of yoga for your mind, body and spirit are well known, and include reducing stress, anxiety, and depression; increasing a sense of wellness, peace and contentment; improving sleep and mood, and so much more.
My yoga teaching style is a gentle hatha/yin—you could really call it meditation with movement!—and is deeply restorative and healing.
I’m a qualified Level 2 yoga teacher (currently completing my Level 3), and have done additional training in Yin Yoga and Life force Yoga (Yoga for Anxiety and Depression).
I offer private 60min or 90min private yoga sessions in your home (available on the Gold Coast, Australia, only.)
Each session is tailored to your needs, and will support you on your path to inner peace.
How it works:

- Sessions are $90 for a 60min session, and $120 for a 90min session. Packages are available on request.
